Wood or plastic?

The first choice you have to make: will you choose a wooden or a plastic Comfy Chair? It makes a lot of difference which material you choose. For instance, wooden Comfy Chairs are lightweight, making them easy to move around. This does require some extra attention in strong winds. Plastic Comfy Chairs consist of solid plastic and are therefore very strong. However, they are more difficult to move because the material is heavy. There are also differences when it comes to maintenance.

Fixed or adjustable?

Both the wooden and plastic Comfy Chairs are available in a fixed and an adjustable model. A fixed model is always in the same position, while the adjustable model allows you to recline the back a little further. Again, both types have their own characteristics. The adjustable model is slightly different in the wooden version than in the plastic Comfy Chairs. The wooden adjustable adirondack is called ‘Folding Chair’, which means the chair is foldable. The plastic chair cannot do this. That is why it is called the ‘Reclining Chair’.
